We always have a selection in
our shop's freezer case, and we are
happy to make your cake to order
with advanced notice.
We can do virtually any flavor
that we offer--excluding sorbets.
**For flavors with variegates or swirls
we recommend serving them on the side
to keep the cake from having
imperfections in the surface.**
Cakes are prepared from
freshly made gelato or ice cream.
Once formed, they are cooled to -30 degrees
until they are extremely hard.
Cakes can be presented plain
(the color of the ice cream)
or with colors and texture.
A blend of cocoa butter and color
is used to achieve a suede effect.
Finishing touches and embellishments are added,
and your cake is ready for your event!
